TPS adjustment problem...
Im having big troubles with my tps. I bought a new throttle body because the screw snapped inside the block when taking out, so i had to get a new one, and now the dang thing runs the same. Are you supposed to adjust the degrees on the unit until its running fine? I need major help figuring this out. Ive read some pages, but they make no sense at all. Please help me out!

On the ecu side of the tps (the flat three connector) you have three wires.
1. 5V constant from the ecu
2. Ground
3. The sensor feed back to the ecu.
Easy way to find your reference voltage is that the value will not change while you move the tps.
You need to take your reference voltage (it can be anywhere from 4.7-5V) and multiply it by .83 (if i recall correctly, pm cruiser54 for confirmation). This value is what your tps (on the ecu side) needs to be set at for correct idle. Then tighten down the bolts. Done. Ill see if i can find cruisers write up.
