Well it's supposed to come in tomorrow, but I don't know if I'll get any info about it up on here or not. I'll try and give it a once over and tell what it comes with or doesn't come with and what my first thoughts are on it. I'll have to wait on a British pipe tap and the differential bearings unless someone knows where I could find a standard threaded bulkhead.
I looked into them a little more, have seen nothing but good reviews, just not many people running them in XJ's. Definitely looking forward to seeing more since im in the market for a selectable front.

Well it came in today, pretty dang heavy. Comes with everything you need expect a compressor. Looks like the bulkhead has a nut you can use so maybe just drill a hole bigger than the bulk head and use some rtv to seal it and the nut on the backside to hold it on? I'll look over the instructions and stuff some more and if anyone has questions I can try to answer them.

Drill and tap is ONLY appropriate way to do it

I'd be very weary of using that nut on the inside.
Me, I'd drill and tap, and use some quality thread sealant.
Sorry, but there's no way I'm going to trust that nut not to come loose and not "get in the way" some how.

Sounds like the nut in question is intended only to lock the fitting to the housing, basically a jam nut. I would suggest you use the nut on the outside of the diff. Run the fitting into the housing with the nut on the fitting already, then crank the nut down to lock the fitting in place.
Looks good so far. Also interested to see how this turns out.
