Default TJ or YJ yoke?

Have read that a Jeep TJ or YJ driveshaft yoke is a little longer and will allow more angle. If this is true which one is it? TJ or YJ?

YJ...

It's not any longer iirc, just cast a bit differently to allow slightly more operating angle on the ujoint without binding.

Same thing Rusty's sells...

IIRC it allows roughly 5-10* of more angle.. you can accomplish the same thing by using a grinder
