TJ exhaust manifold on XJ?

Will an exhaust manifold off a 99 wrangler fit on a 99 cherokee? Thanks

I don't think so.

Something about EGR and the exhaust not meeting in the correct location to meet at the collector.

according to the sales on ebay, they are the same. I know that manifolds sucked in the wranglers around that year tho.

99s and 98s should be the same.

I JUST got a header from a member here for a GREAT price because EVERYONE wanted it for an XJ and it was for a TJ. My wife has a 98 TJ.

maybe some do, but a Borla header WILL NOT work for both as there ARE differences.
