Jesus...they OP asked for an opinion on tires, not a **** measuring contest on the best mt...So All those who want to tout that they have the best MT...shut the hell up, no one cares.
Anyhow, I've run procomp m/t, goodyear mt/r's and bfg a/t's (my current tire), I would recommend bfgs for your use, which is similar to mine...can't complain at all, much better than procomp and goodyears so far. Had them for close to two years and have seen minimal wear, but, in rocks, they're kinda sketchy...in snow they are ok, but in ice they kick ***...

I've had bot the General Grabber AT2's and the Good Year Wrangler Duratracs. Both were really quiet on the pavement and a great daily driver type tire. The Duratracs have a more aggressive tread pattern.
It's hard to pick a favorite for me. If price point or just mild wheeling is your deciding factor, then the Grabbers it is. If you do moderate wheeling, then I would get the Duratracs.

The Hankook Dynapro ATMs have a lot of siping on them. Probably why they do so well for me on glare ice. I've been very impressed with what they've gotten me through off-road too.
If I would have had the time to get the bucks together I would given the Duratracs a go but had to get tires fast. Got friends who live in Maine telling me the Duratrac's are very popular up that way. Maybe next time.

I am surprised no one said LTX A/T 2 out of all the All Terrains They have the longest time span no opinion it's a fact. When I bought mine they came with a 90,000 mile warranty. Not sure if they still offer that. Out off all the off road tires they are the nicest road manners that's an opinion.
Otherwise if you don't want to spend the money Rugged Terrain T/A are a cheap alternative to a rugged highway tire for snow/rain. Also I believe they come with a 50,000 mile warranty.

I suggested the LTX A/T 2's to my uncle for his Durango early last fall. Mild winter in Garrett County Md this past yr but enough that he's very satisfied.

The Duratracs give me all the confidence I could ask for. I've taken them off road and they have climbed rocks, mud slicked logs and even muddy hills without fail.

i'm getting my lift bolted up soon and looking into 32s. I've read some great things about the Kumho KL71. They're a directional M/T but they have a really nice price point.
The other brands I'm poking at are the Kevlar Duratrac's, and the Cooper STT.
