Tie Rod Roll
I have a Rugged Ridge hd tie rod setup. Noticed that when I turn my tie rod "rolls." Did some research and found that it can be fixed with a polyurethane bushing for a TRE from JCR....I was wondering if any of you guys have had this issue and also do I need one bushing or do I need one for every TRE?

just one on the passenger side. I would suggest having one machined from steel instead, as the urethane spacers have been known to wear out. I have not experienced the roll, though I do know that mine likely rolls a bit, I just dont notice it

I have the same issue with my Rugged Ridge steering. Plus the tie rod causes the regular grease boots to tear apart rather quickly leaving the TREs open to the elements and premature wear and failure. Haven't ordered the JCR parts to correct it yet because the Jeep barely sees any regular use.

When I ran that set up I turned the TREs opposite each other so it couldn't roll but it made them wear out quicker and it would bind on heavy articulation.
