Default Symptoms of trackbar not aligned

Ive got a 96 xj at 5" with 33s aand an adjuatable iro tracbar with a standard rod end. I did the bounce thing and turning the, wheel while off to align it. I then got an alignment and it kinda pulls right still. I feel like its wandering with the twists in the road with some bumpsteer also. Anyone got ideas

What you need to do is stand facing the front of your jeep. Check to make sure the distance that your tires stick out from the fenders is even on both sides. If one tire is sticking out further theres your problem

I use a piece of string with a pin on the end, place it against unirail and allow the pin to settle. Measure distance to coil perch mount.. adjust till equal on level ground.

I measure from the outside of the tire to the frame rail on both sides. Seemed to work well for me.

This is a really great way to do it. I just use a plumb-bob from my dads construction tools.

Those bushings are just as easy to come by, and should last just as long. I'd imagine they are much cheaper, too.

Not to mention its a much better design.

But to each his own.
