vibes were slightly present before the sye, but I was only at 3.5"s then with the 1" tcase drop. When I installed the SYE I also installed a 2" extended shackle in the rear.
The vibes now are worse now at 5-5.5" of lift with the SYE and tcase drop, then they were without the SYE at 3.5"s
When I first installed the SYE I did drive it at 3.5"s for a day, there were no vibes then, but the jeep looked goofy with the front sitting a 5"s and the back at 3.5"s which is why I installed the 2" shackle.
is the D35 a much lower pinion then a C8.25? because I plan on doing that swap in the near future since I want to run 33's or 35's my thinking is I can justify the 8.25 a lot sooner if the pinion is higher and it will be easier to get rid of vibes

Im having a similar issue. Part of the problem was my front shaft. When I went to 4.5" the front pinion angle was WAY off. I added some LCA drop brackets and adjustable LCA to fix it. I still need to find a new shaft so the old one is out. However I still have vibes as 60+ mph. Had and alignment down and the tires balanced and nothing changed. I have 4 degree shims with extended shackles. I measure the angles and they about 1 degree out so I should be fine at 60 mph. Im trying to find another ZJ shaft and see if that changes anything.
Blue, I was thinking we should swap shafts, no homo and see if the vibes swap with them. Then we would know the source of the problem I would think.
