SRY to beat a dead horse here but i am tired of blowing out my rear pinion... I am not sure how big of a lift i have but i think it used to be some where around 6" i have blocks and the add a leaf in the rear and time has finally caught up to the cheap lift.... i have s shaped springs blown pinion (3x now) and spider cracked transfercase.......

I know i need new springs, transfercase, and idealy a SYE....

Now for my question... if i buy a SYE kit, im looking at the one from PORC, can i still use the stock front driveshaft or do i need to buy a 400$ custom length one?

Everything kinda added up all at once and im tryin to fix the problems the cheapest way possible without making the same mistake as before....

I looked at the hack and tap but after reading about the increased load on the bearings id rather just do it right now and forget about it! The credit card company is gonna love that i own a jeep

Also since i am going to be buying new leaf springs any recomendations on a good price for a nice ride......it sounds stupid but i love my worn out leaf springs they ride so smooth! also im trying not to reuse my drop shackles if at all possible.

I just bought brand new 33's and have only been able to take my jeep out once since i got them and this happened....Help me get my little Pearl back to crawling again please!

 

any brand SYE and a stock front DS will work great
