Yeah that is! /but it's for a 231 . Are hack n' taps good or should I stick with the factory slip yoke? I do have access to a shop.

when you cut, do it running and in gear, it'll keep your cut straight. When you drill before you tap, do it running and in reverse. helps to keep the hole centered. if you get that hole off center, you're gonna run into problems.

How tough would it be to tear an NP242 apart for that shaft? I'd be way more comfortable doing that on a lathe.

im runing hack and tap ,just folow the instructions aint that hardbut if i ever do a nother im going this route
