Default Sway bar.....maybe

Hi all. Couple days ago I noticed my steering was feeling a little weird. Driving on the parkway, my XJ would swerve a little without me moving the wheel. Not too bad yet, but happens more and more frequently. Based on threads, and on the fact I shook the sway bar and there is definitely play, I think it is because of the loose sway bar....not sure at all though. What do you all think?

I've attached photos. I feel it on the passenger side, but the side really loose is the driver disconnect. The whole sway bar has a lot of play when I grab it and push/pull.

Highly doubt that its the sway bar. I will say, your sway bar links are WAY too short though. I bet its that worn TRE on your trackbar; looks bent too. I wouldn't be running a TRE style track bar at your height anyways.

Can you go a little bit more in detail? What is TRE? Where is it bent?

Tie Rod End - the only one on your track bar, it looks as if its bent right there before the ball socket. Now that I think about it, that's a stock track bar. You're at what almost 4"? You're axle must surely be off center now. Have someone turn the wheel while you look at each TRE. Try to see if you can identify any shifting movement.

its easy to tell bro.. I anwsered your thread on JF lol

Have your girl or someone with the power off rock the steering wheel. you get down and look and hold all the tre's youll feel and prob see which one is shot. But just like stated your trac bar end and the mount are looking pretty damn shot.
