Default suspension help please

My XJ has a 3.5" Rubicon Express lift. I am going to buy new coils. Would it be safe for me to go with 4.5" coils without changing anything else?

Thanks! -Dan

I had the rubicon 3.5 kit and it wasnt level so I added spacers that brought it up to 5.25. I shimmed the arms out as far as they would go but the axle was still sucked back 2-3 inches from where it is supposed to sit. I bought some adjustable arms to fix that. The other thing I did was reworked the sway bar links so they sat under the bar with the allen bolt coming down through the top of the bar. All in all, what you will find is your jeep has death wobble worse than it does and the bushings in the arms are going to wear out that much faster if you dont get your axle centered in the wheel well.
