I've swapped out many UCAs before, never seen this though. It appears the flag bolt on the frame end is seized in the bushing sleeve. These are some sort of aftermarket arms with poly bushings. Drivers side was fine (whats left of the poly was tore up, thats why I'm replacing them), of course it was the pass. side next to the starter that is hung up. I can't get anything in there to pry/beat on, I've soaked with PBlaster, no dice. Any other options? I've run into this on leaf spring bushing, just sawzalled the bolt out...think thats what gonna happen here.

Yep, either spend 3 hours with a torch a hammer penetrating oil and either keep working at it or melt the rubber try to get a screw driver and pry apart the sleeve. Or just take 2 minutes cut it out and buy a new bolt. I cut all but 1 out on my rear.. Id rather spend the money for new bolts then sit there and fight the darn things. Just make sure if you can before cutting that the bolt is completely unthreaded from the body.

get a pair of needle nosed vise grips for on the bushing sleeve and put and impact gun on the bolt side you can even try heatin up the bolt alil before hand but the impact gun should eventualy vibrate and break free the bolt from the sleeve i too had this happen on my grand cherokee....john
