Im putting a 5 inch lift together and i found some lca for 60 bucks but they are straight. Wondering will they work and ride decent. And how would the flex be? Please give me all of you guys input on this. I dont want a crappy setup. Thanks

 

They will be fine. There are only a few companies that use the ones with a bend and I've used both and honestly couldn't tell a difference. I'd be more concerned with the bushings.

 

It won't be as good as a long arm setup. Are they adjustable? I have around 5" of lift and am using adjustable lower, upper control arms. Lower arms are straight. Rides and flexes better now. I was using fixed length arms, stock for upper and RE lowers, 16" center of eye to eye lowers. As well with the fixed length arms my front pinion angle was off.
If you want to run short arms I would recommend some type of adjustable arms.

 

Thanks for the replies. The bushings are fine. I was just concerned about them being straight since alot of companies have bends in there's. And they aren't adjustable which im concerned about

 

You should be okay for awhile. I ran fixed length for about a year and a half. It can effect the pinion angle and castor. Crappy castor angle can cause wobble, vibs. Mine was OK, you should be OK depending on how worn the rest of the steering, suspension is.
