Default Stiff ride in the rear troubleshooting

Hello, I’ve got a ‘99 with a 4.5” RC lift kit. The front end rides pretty good, I have CA drop brackets installed up there, but the rear leafs ride pretty rough. From what I understand about shackle angle mine is pretty bad. If you’re on the drivers side (left of the car for me) looking at the shackle it’s at about 7 o’clock.

Are there any bolt on shackle relocation brackets that don’t increase ride height? I understand there are options if I’m willing to weld in a new mounting bracket but I’d like to avoid that if possible.

If there aren’t any bolt on solutions which retain ride height can I get drop brackets and leaf springs for a smaller lift to compensate or would they flex too much?

Another thing I’ve been thinking about is the possibility of correcting the position of my wheel in the wheel well. The axle currently sits too far to the front of the car, and I was wondering about the feasibility of remounting the front side of my leafs. In theory this would correct my shackle angle some but I might end up with a driveshaft thats too short.

Would this all be be easier for me to accomplish by simply doing a rear 4 link and coil over conversion and getting a custom driveshaft?

Any input is appreciated, thanks!
