Sony HU with the flip down to put my ipod inside. door and decks are kickers, and 1 kicker 10" in a custom ported box i made so it will fill the angle of the rear seat hooked up to an alpine 350 watt amp. i want to go two 10's but need the cargo space.
only cost me only around $550 since I put in everything myself.
anyone who wants to do a system go to crutchfield and order everythiung and put it in yourself, its real easy if you can use a screwdriver and solder some wires.

Crutchfeild? Wow, I'm surprised u got away with $550. Soniceletronix is way better than crutchfeild IMHO because they are usually cheaper and almost always have free shipping. Try and "rebuild" your system at sonics pricing. I'll bet you it will be cheaper.Originally Posted by matt720

My jeeps been parked in NYC since I bought in Jan so Im not sure whats what speaker size wise.
According to Crutchfield there 3.5's on the dash, 5.25 in the doors, and 5.25 in the tailgate. It that true?
Has anyone done the dash replacement, if so how difficult was the install b/c I think its a WASTE to put anything in my tailgate, no pun intended!

Well that Lanzar vibe292 alone produces 5000 at 2 ohms. He's running 2 ohms I'm guessing and that's 2100 per channel, according to the spec sheet. So that's 4200, plus the 800 rms alpine, which we all know probably does more like 900-1000 rms. So yeah 4000-5000 rms all the way cranked, plus 1" of herculiner all the way around?Originally Posted by cherokeeduner

Some one needs to do their homework before saying nonsence things you are reading the max power he will never see that you dont know how to read rms power well i will help you out heres the specifications of this amp and i am sure his voltage is not at 14.4 eitherOriginally Posted by Uhrinator

^^^^^^^^ I dont know much about Lanzar to say good or bad but I do know 2x1250 @ 4ohms is a TON of power.
Now with that being said, what I do know is that much power comes with a certain price tag, and I find it hard to believe $185 is it!
If these specs are true Lanzars for EVERYONE!!!

Ok so fine 4200 plus 800. Hmmmm yeah 5000..... And with four yellow tops a mean green alternator and what two or more caps? I think he's running close to 13.7 volts. And I did do my homework and I do know about rms and peak power. Where'd u learn about stereo information, watching unique auto? LolOriginally Posted by cherokeeduner
