So I want to upgrade my steering and have no idea where to start. It's all stock on my 2000 with only a rough country steering stabilizer. I have a 4 1/2 inch lift. What's next for me to do? I'm on a budget so it'll be while till I can completely redo it but what should I start with?

ZJ steering box swap. Make sure all of your bushings are lookin good, make sure all ball joints are greased and working good.

What size tires?
I'd bet a zj tie rod would be fine for you.

Only about 50-60 bucks for all new stuff at the parts store

I just gave away my ZJ tie rod to a local. it served me very well. I finally blew out the TRE on it and upgraded to GM 1 ton
another thing I've been looking into is the 4 hole YJ steering box
