just look for something with a bigger bore it will handle the 35's alot better. I to feel a differance. I dont like when I hit something big in the trail and it jerks the wheel out of your hands. The stabilizer helps that. And yes it does cover up worn parts thats why I always check the condition of all the ends while I am underneth my jeep. I am trying out rough countrys n20 single stabilizer right now. They have them on sale for 28 bucks and so far so good with mine.
my current truck has 40 year old leaf springs with worn bushings and oval shaped 39" tires. I used a F350 steering stabilizer to cover up my death wobble. it was like 25 bucks at my local auto parts store. No sticker, I just wanted a cheap way to make it bearable until I link my front end.
