Starter question
Hey what's goin on guys , I have a 94 4.0 liter H.O. Cherokee and my starter has been slowly going out.....I've been giving her the old tap trick but I know I néed to just replace her already......my question is can I take a starter off a 95 Cherokee.....an if so will it have to be a h.o. Model aswell.....let me know.....found s possible parts vehicle....

Engine: 4.0 liter RENIX I-6, DIY Cold Air Intake, 2.5 FM Exhaust, 3 Core Radiator
The good news for you is this, all XJs 91-95 that have the 4.0 litre engine are the HO variety and they are exactly alike. The starter out of the 95 will be a direct bolt in to your XJ.
