i have replaced my ignition switch and my starter relay but wen i turn the key over to start my jeep my starter will engage but when i turn the key off my starter will still be running it will not turn off

my starter has just been tested and passed but for some reason it will not turn off wen i turn the key back off

i have tried everything in the book i have replaced and checked everything and i can not figure this one out its a mistery

i dont understand why it doesnt turn off i have been told it was my relay sticking but i just put a new relay in and its still having the same probelm as before my starter will engage but will not disengage no matter what

please help me out guys i would love to get this probelm solved
