Springs...
Okay the 3" lift on my XJ rides worse than my F350. 
Does anyone know the inside diameter of the coil springs on the XJ?
I found a site I can order springs at what ever rate you need.
So there is no reason to not order a longer softer spring and make the XJ ride good, the benefit is that it won't beat the heck out of the unibody too.
The wife has the XJ at work so I can't just run outside and measure it myself.
How tall is the spring too?

Scratch that, I found it and its 4" and that is not an option.
Site goes from 3" to 5" and the 3" is the only one with a length even close enough to the XJ's length.
