If you could piece together your own lift what different companies parts would you put together to make the perfect lift for some flexin and maybe not be a DD but not a trailer queen either? What size would you go with assuming using the oem axles... what front springs... rear springs... shocks... track bars... bracketry and control arms... shackles or no shackles... blocks or no blocks... spacers or no spacers...yatta yatta... do you think would make the perfect lift...

Let me edit my post as I don't think it was appropriate. I like the question and will hopefully learn a lot from the thread. I do wonder, however, how much of this will turn into an opinion pissing match

Just seems to me that everyone buys a lift kit and then later realizes that so and so's rear leafs flex better then yours and so then you buy just those springs and sell your old ones on craigslist or ebay... Everyone seems to end up with different parts anyways so why not do that from the start and bypass all the money wasted and time spent? It may cost alittle more not buying it all in one single kit but in the long run you would save and have a kick butt ride from the get go...

pieced kit
front springs=Rubicon Express
Rear springs=Rustys
Trac bar= Rubicon Express adj
Control Arms=Long Arm Kit (I prefer Rustys)
Shocks= Skyjacker Nitros
These are just my opinions but it will be interesting to follow this thread because I know that many different people have different preferences.
