you will also need the following
-longer front and rear brake lines
-longer control arms (adjustable would be nice)
-transfer case drop (tcase drop) or Slip Yoke Eliminator (SYE)
-longer shocks or shock extensions
-new bump stops
-trackbar (adjustable) you might be able to just move it over
-if you go too high you might have to address steering issues as well
Question: so why do you need more than 3"?

How much lift do you want? You will need a lot of stuff if you want like 6" of lift. I hear 4.5" of lift is pretty decent for offroading because you center of gravity is still pretty low.

Look in my photo album I have a picture of the spacers I used with my 3.5" springs. I did have to adjust the track bar to center things out. I added about just over 1" of spacers to end up with about 4.75 in of lift. The jeep rides rough on wash board roads due to the angle of the lower control arms but it is not too bad. I didn't need longer brake lines or bump stops in the front for how I drive it. I did have to spend some money on my custom driveshaft to fix vibe problems. I am sure I can fit 32" tires without cutting my fenders, just need some money for them.

might be an upcountry package?
you might just run it on the road only... cause there is NO WAY you off road it
either way I kinda doubt it considering some people can not clear 235/75/15 on stock suspension
