Default Spring rates and lengths for coilovers

Just got my new fox 2.0 16" travel coilovers. I just need to know what spring lengths and spring rates I should run for my Cherokee. I have been searching and calling around and no one gives me a real answere. So maybe you guys can help me out.

are these for the front or rear? either way, 16" is way longer than you want/need. unless its gonna be lifted super high.

I'm running them front and rear. I'm Ganna be sitting at a low center of gravity on 40's. Front hoops are defiantly Ganna be through the hood but I'm ok way that. It's pretty much Ganna be a Cherokee buggy when it's done. But any help on spring lengths and rates would be cool.

Glad to have you as a member! Info on a build like this is rare on this forum, have you tried Pirate4x4 and NAXJA.
