Sorry, another dual E-fans question
My diagram drawing skills are not that great but hopefully between the pictures and drawing you can get the Idea of what I did.
The relay is 75 amp, the breaker 100 amp.
What I did was extend the two wires that went to the original electric fan over to the relay using 12 ga wire connecting them to the #30 and #87 terminals.
I then ran an 8 ga wire from the positive post on the battery to a 100 amp circuit breaker then to terminal #85 on the relay.
Next I ran two 10 ga wires from terminal #86 to each fans power.
The ground wire from each fan was simply attached to a convenient spot on the body.
My existing E fan was replaced with one from a 97 Cherokee which fit perfect but put out almost twice the CFM. The mechanical fan was replaced with a Flex Lite I bought on Ebay for around $150.
I had to make custom mounting brackets and shroulding but it was well worth it.

Idk that I would power both my fans off one relay. Sounds like a setup for heartbreak to me. Jeeps come with 2 different methods(electrical and mechanical) of cooling for a reason. Engines are not cheap and some redundancy in its protection will help protect against total failure way out in the woods someday. And if you are drawing 26A at start and 19A continuous that 100A circuit breaker is way too big. 50A would be the way to go. And i would still want a fuse in there. Fuses almost always work, breakers are mechanical and don't always like to do their job.
My mistake on the breaker, I think its a 35 or 40 amp. My 100 amp resetable breaker is going to the 1000 watt inverter.
It's a great idea to have the redundancy with cooling fans but the reason I did this was because my original E fan quit working while on a trip to Death Valley and the mechanical fan alone could not handle the job.
With two E fans if one quits working I think the other will still pull more CFM than the stock mechanical fan. You're right about having one relay and if it stops working you're screwed, thats why you spend some $$ and get the best available. You can also bypass the relay in a pinch if you catch the problem before you overheat. I've been running this setup for about 2 years now and am very happy with it compared to when I had the original E fan and mechanical fan.

part number for the parts, or a place to get them? im going to purchase based strictly on your set up, so i can blame you when something backfires
If something goes wrong it wont cause backfiring just overheating.
The Tyco relay Is a V23232 and I got mine at Napa for around $35. You can also get the 35-40 amp breaker and the wire there.
The fan is a Flex a Lite 123 which is a low profile puller. I bought mine on Ebay. The difficult part is correctly mounting the new E fan not the wiring.
To mount the Flex a Lite in place of the mechanical you will need to remove the belt then remove the mechanical fan and fan clutch then reinstall the bolts on the pulley, replace the belt and tighten properly.
You need to make custom brackets to mount the new fan, and also a custom shrould to make sure all that air flow is directed through the radiator and not around it.
The bottom of the fan can be secured by mounting two tabs to the fans frame then simply droping them down into two slots allready there. Then you just need to secure the top.
