What do you guys think of cutting out the inner rocker and replacing it with normal steel like 1/8 or 3/16?? Or just buy inner rocker and rusted pans lol

I would cut everything bad out and I mean everything until you get to good metal get your box beam tacked in where you want it, then see what is left to plate and just buy some 16 ga. And close everything up and weld everything up

I would need to see pictures of exactly what your having trouble with because mine sound like they were a lot different haha I had all kinds of stuff to weld to and I also put angle on mine to make it stronger under the door seam

Do you plan on putting your doors back on? The inner and outer rocker panel form the seal for the door
