the shaft is smaller round i know but its thicker tubing you should have no issues ,you can all way take it to a driveshaft shop and get a thicker tube in stalled but its really not needed

The longest you can go is a 93-95.5 V8 grand cherokee front shaft. I picked one up brand new for $75 from a guy who rolled his rig before installing it. Im running 6" with RE HNT and 33's for about 2 yrs with no problems at all.
When I ordered my SYE it was a advance adapter / Tom Woods combo. They told me how and where to measure, calculated the shorter tail housing, and sent me everything in a week.. It was A perfect fit. Had a small grease leak from an end plug in the drive shaft, spoke to Tom Woods and he sent a new complete shaft overnight without having to send back the original shaft first. Great guy to deal with..

WOW, glad i found you guys. Cool, so i here a front shaft from my xj might work in the rear with a 4.5" lift and SYE kit....is this true? Front shaft from diff yr and model??? This is daily Driver, trying to have no down time but none of the "pros" can tell me what length rear shaft to order...any advise would be awesome.
