ah I looked more careful this time, its attached but it a strange looking spacer, attaches in the middle kind of, looked torn off until I stuck my fat head further up in that area. So lowering the member means pulling down on the t case?

YOu can go the Hack n Tap route, DBO has one for around 100$ and is currently offering freeshipping on them.

no it ended up being a 231 t case so Im getting the sye and cv shaft by rugged ridge and rubicon and installed for 800. I dont want to mess with the t case inside since its my daily driver and need it for work, or else it would be fun to learn, but you know, work is first.Originally Posted by Metmknice

I got mine from 4w parts for $160 now its off to the junk yard to find a front DS and a weekend of wrenching.
THe sYE was 200. The drive shaft was 300. 250ish for labor. I just dont wanna mess it up, im not a real mechanic of anything. I hear I can get a grand cherokee front shaft though, undecided kinda.
