Ever thought of having one made? IF you know anyone in a metal/fab shop that may be an idea.

I personally have not found one I liked.

You can make a belly skid and gas tank skid from street signs. They are light weight and fairly thick and.... "free"

For xfer skids it seems like the triangle shape plates that attach on the cross-member and only 1 side get bent to heck no matter what. JCR has a full width skid that attaches on both sides and the cross-member. Are these types any more durable?

I had to read it twice to get the gist of what he was saying an even then it was one sentence.

I run JCR skids. A little pricey, but super heavy duty, bolt right on and are very well built. I have no complaints. The guys at JCR are great to work with too.

I'm 20button I get one post for skid plates ,and the rest of the topics have nothing to do with my search. I've tried several times I don't get where he came up with all of those.

I bought all the signs I own from estate sales/auctions etc. and you can buy sign blanks as well. none had the little sticker that says owning is a felony.

I'm using an orange version of this as my gas tank skid hopefully.

I have the same issue on here. for some reason they made the results omit 2 letter words. it wouldn't be an issue if all chrysler vehicles weren't given a 2 letter designation. I can't ever search for XJ this or ZJ that.
