Right now I have a 99 with about a 3-3.5 inch lift with the stock track bar(yes I know its not good), 1 inch transfer case drop, a JKS adjustable track bar is sitting in my basement, going on in a week or so. My Jeep wont be lifted any further, at least by me.
My question is, should I add adjustable lower control arms or are there lower control arms from another Jeep that would easily swap over? Or should I get a set of upper and lower control arms be best? Id rather just do lowers though. I am thinking of at least swapping out all the control arms with new ones.
If I get adjustable arms, how long should they be to get closer to where it should be?

These from Rough Country have been great for me for four years now. http://www.roughcountry.com/jeep-fix...arms-1071.html
They are for a 3 - 4.5 inch lifted Cherokee. When my Cherokee had a 3 inch lift I had no problems setting the proper caster (which sets the pinion angle) using the stock caster adjustment on the frame end. When I moved up to a 5.5 inch lift I retained these lca's and got adjustable uppers so I could set the proper caster. These lca's are beefy and have stood up to use and abuse on the rocks.

Ive had some negative experience with the quality of Rough Country, amazing customer service though. Those seem like something that cant be screwed up though, but does anyone have any other products? Or are those RC arms good enough for a daily driver/monthly trail rider?
I saw these, and havent heard any bad things about jks, price is pretty high for a Jeep that doesnt see enough time off road. Found them for 350$ on Amazon.

I ran my XJ with stock LCA's for 2 yrs with a 3" lift before I upped it to 4 1/2" then all new everything including HD U/LCA's, but never a bad idea.
If you do buy any, buy a good set not cheap junk with cheap azz joints/bushings.

Right now Im looking into the Rough Country LCA's, going to see if I can find info on how long it is from eye to eye, if I cant find anything, I think Ill wait til tax time then get some JKS Lowers, maybe uppers if Uncle Sam feels kind enough.

According to the guy at Rough Country they are 16.27 inches from eye to eye, If my research is right 16.09 for a 3 inch lift and stock is 15.75, so I think Im going to get the Rough Country LCA's.

Good choice. They are rock solid and because of the size of the axle end, offer some level of protection to the axle mounting tabs.
