I work at a shop so I'm gonna put it on a lift and raise it with no sway bar that is extended all the way or should I just lift the opposite tire ?

you don't need an RTI ramp. it's nice to have one, but you can just measure your current ride height and guess your collapse length if you're a hot shot. or take your shock off and get the exact collapse length. then just order a bilstein with that same collapse length and make sure it's the longest one available. then limit strap it.

or if you've got a lift you can do it that way too. just don't want anyone to read this thread and think "**** how am I ever gonna figure this out theres nothing nearby to flex on"

yeah i know..... to measure you dont exactly have to flex it, but thats what most people do so I go along with it. Otherwise you get people yelling at you.

I hate to make this difficult. But a lift is different than articulation. I have both, a ramp and a lift. On the front you will get more travel on a ramp then from a lift. On the rear shocks the exact opposite.

This is because of the inherent properties of both 4 link/trackbar, and leaf springs.

But i guess you can still use the lift for the rear then just add a couple inches for the front measurement.
