shakle question
i was woundering if anyone has or if anyone knows if i can take my back leaf shakle and move it to the front of the leaf or would that be no good

yeah im not running stock leafs but jbetit just solved my problem with his better shackle angle question but yeah there is three inches there but i didnt know if it would push my driveline into my yoke or not

it is not going to get you 3" and it is going to cause the wheel to move forward in its travel running it into the body, give you horrible pinion angle, and is extremely impractical, a rock or root will snag it breaking your main leaf (or atleast bending it. say that you are on a rock like pictured, your shackle is going to catch and cause the leaf springs to bend forward which will work against you....

it did give me my three inches but that makes sence with the angle being rong becose i did it and it didnt look right so i wanted to ask someone if it would move the driveline and yoke to far forword but thank you now im going a different route
