Shackles PLUS add a Leaf?? Or New LEAFS? HELP!!
I have just installed 2" shackles and got about 1.5 out of it. Should i just now get new leaf springs or just add a FULL leaf to get a little more lift in the rear?

It all depends how high you eventually want to go....
If 2-3 inches is all you want and you have the money for full leaf packs get them for sure.
If you end up wanting to go higher (4.5-6) then save your money for the kit youre going to need for that.
You could get a full leaf pack that gives you 3" of lift and then you can ditch the shackles, or use them for another 1.5 inch of lift.
I have add a leafs that I'm using until I save enough to get a leaf pack. But if money isn't an issue, go straight for the leaf pack

My stock leaf packs werent in that bad condition before the shackles, i went from 17 to 18.5 in the rear with the shackles. I might just do the add a Full leaf in the rear for 120.00. Im not going for anything more then a 3" lift now or in the future.
If i do the the full packs then, i guess will go with the standard leafs from Quadratec for 75 bucks. The HD ones ive herd are a harsh ride and give 2" lift which is not what i want.

well I had a Rough Country 3" AAL and when it finally settled it was at 3.25"
then I added a Rough Country 1.5" shackle and built a custom shackle relocation box... set the shackle up at 45° from the spring face
it rides great, flexes awesome and the total lift was 4.75" when measured using the so called 'dirty method'

this doesnt totally make sence... if you put a 2" drop shackle in, then you gained 2 inches... if your leafs are worn out, then thats a diferent issue. an aal is a good, cheap option. full leaf packs are best, but ya gotta pay for em... an aal can be like 30 bucks for the short leafs and can be up to 100 for the long ones.
I got the 1.5/2" shackles. I didnt get the full 2" with the shackles, i got 1.5" out of it. So i can get two long leafs for 120 locally and install them, or get new standard duty leaf packs and be done with it. But the new leaf packs are going to cost more then i want to spend plus the bushings and exta bolts. SO... i guess what im asking is the adding a long leaf going to help me get 2.5-3 inches total in the rear??

LOL its going to be a mix and match kinda thing... what i dont like is I have no clue of what the outcome is going to be with the whole add long leaf thing to my shackles.
