Is a shackle relocation kit always needed with XJ lift?
I am in the process of installing a 3.5" Zone offroad lift. I just got done installing the new rear leaf springs and my shackles are straight up and down and the rear seems stiff. Is a shackle relocation kit always needed for xj lifts to get the proper shackle angle or does anyone actually sell the correct length leaf springs for correct shackle angle ?

Seems like the new springs need to be broken in,then they'll settle and you'll lose an inch or so and probbably get the shackle angle your looking for.
And make sure the shackle bolts arent too tight, because that would restrict movement.

This. They are new and will settle. I have the same springs on mine and they do settle,it just takes time. Tighten the leaf spring bolts with the Jeep on the ground. It can bind the bushings otherwise.

I've got about 300+ miles on my new Zone lift and the shackles are also straight. The ride isn't really that bad, but I'm going to re-torque everything next week sometime
