You trimmed a bit too short there buddy, you need to be another notch out!
You'll see that your shackles have wear marks on them from where they were hitting. The reason they're so far in is because they used to be riding on the bracket.

Wow damn. U really cut it too short lol.
Did you set it to the height you wanted it to be, THEN trim it?
Or did you get them out of the box and went ahead and started to trim then installed on the jeep?

This thread gave me a laugh. I bought sliders and prepped/painted them all up then haven't been able to get them installed. If I ever do(hopefully in the next month) I'll let you know how they ride.

At that angle it'll ride like a caddy. You didn't do a horrible job dude it's all good. You might be able to flip the bracket depending on which ones you bought. Good Luck

It'll actually be stiffer than what it would be at a 30-45deg angle. When the spring flattens under compression, the rear eye needs to be able to extend backwards. A severe shackle angle prevents this, effectively upping the spring rate.

We could just ask the O.P. how it rides now.
With mine at that angle is was smooth sailing felt like a dream, almost to soft.

It's hard to say they are still making lots of noise flexing to much now under load on bumps sure they r soft but now back of jeep is a lot lower than front
Think I'm going to pull them off and reverse them and drill new hole on top to line up mounting points???? Should work I tend to do things the hard way makes it easier the third and fourth time??!!
