Sagging in rear

Sagging in rear
Am running a rc 4.5 aal. 1800 miles on lift after adding my custom front bumper the little sag I had in rear looks worse now. What's the best way to level it up. Just break down and buy leafs??? Blocks????

By far the best way is to buy new leafs....a block or shackle is going to raise it but put more stress on the leafs causing them to sag more faster.
