Default Rustys "Rocker Sliders"

Has any body used Rustys Rocker sliders? Since we only get out to real wheeling about once a year I am thinking of adding these to my xj. If I did more off roading I would go with the full rock sliders. Thoughts??

The ones that use nutserts correct? I've read that they are good and solid, but can be a pain to get the nutserts in and such. I've thought about getting them too. Hardest part would probably be taking the bottom of the fenders off.

Seems like you're asking about rock sliders in general and a hardcore jeeper friend of mine once told me "they're worth their weight in gold."

Mine are welded to my rockers and tied into my subframe. Deffinately saved me a time or two.

Yes T_Long thats the ones I am talking about. I think they would work good for as little as I get to play in the rocks. I will have to do some more looking, Thanks.

I think those would work fine for what you want although I run a set rocker sliders for more protection.

Yes those are the ones I want. Since we do not get out in the rocks but maybe once a year I think it would be good enough. Maybe Santa will bring me a set.
