I have the Rustys U/LCA's very good quality they are the HD Adj. ones like I told you that you needed they are just over $300 for a set of Adj. Uppers and Lowers. Do go with the rubber bushings if you use it on the road often.
Fixed length arms are a one shot deal like I told you.

I'm not looking to regear anytime soon so I don't think I will go higher then 4.5-5 that's why I was thinking just fixed arms

Or he can buy drop brackets and adj uppers when he gets to that point. Fixed are fine at your current height. I had a set of junk yard Rough Country lowers for years and they did the job.

Regearing has only to do with tire size not lift size.
My young friend it would be very helpful for you to do some reading here for a few weeks about lift do's and don't's. That and quality of what you buy so you don't have to do it twice.
BTW a long arm setup is the best way to go and what I plan on doing with mine at 4 1/2".

I know that gearing doesn't have to do with lift height but why would I lift it 6 in and keep the 31s I have now... Also I have been reading for a few if I had not been I would have been lifting it already

I'm running the 3 inch lift from rustys with the fixed upper and lower arms, pure beef. They are awesome. Yes, it's a one shot deal, but fine if you don't plan on going higher for a while. My XJ rides like a dump truck, but it's not a Cadillac and I don't care.

Now I'm running Rough Country CAD brackets, I wish I would have bought the Adjustable Arms. Save yourself the headache and spend the extra $50 on the adjustables.
BTW, I just ordered Rusty's Adjustables UCA and will be selling my Fixed UCA's...
