Very well put. Rusty himself still answers the help lines from time to time. I've actually got a box of new shocks I just got from him, haven't installed yet.

Doesn't bother me either way. This will be the 3rd set of Rustys shocks I've bought. His quality to price point cannot be beat. As I've said before, I've met him in person several times, nice honest guy who cares about what he does and what he makes.

 

Same here, got the chance to meet him at Jeep Beach and was a really nice guy. You could ask any question about his products and they'd awnser without hesitation.

ive had their products on all three of my jeeps. had a couple of issues but theyve always made it right.

i ran their 3 inch shocks on a 4.5 lift for years and never an issue, still had all the travel it needed.

 

That's good to know haha. I'm wanting to go to 4.5

 

Rusty's shocks are fine I have the 15 inch travel on my XJ and I use them as limit/bump stops and still no leaks and work fine...Customer service was top notch when I ordered them aswell, and I spoke directly with Rusty .
