rustys adj. control arms

rustys adj. control arms
can anyone help me find a write up on how to install the rustys adj. control arms. my jeeps about 5" of lift. i had drop brackets but picked up some adj. arms.

Lowers should be somewhere around 15.75" give or take and uppers around 15". These are rough guesses because heavy bumpers and such can effect lift heights but it's a good start.
