Rustys 6.5" long travel lift
I think many would say that is a better kit than the Rustys. The biggest concern with that kit is the upper attach point on the radius arm. It gets loose over time, says some.

I plan on using the Rustys long arm kit on mine have been looking for several years now and decided on his after talking to Rusty a couple of times in the past. Better, Worse, who knows just what I decided on using after using his equipment for 4 yrs. now and have not had a single issue when following their recommendations on any equipment.
What you really need to consider is your total budget for this build and quality of parts used, this is not a cheap setup done right looking at least 6-7k depending on what work you can do correctly. This is using middle of the road parts for sure price.

Don't waste your money on the IRO kit..the wonky *** caster adjustment has documented failures.
The B. Lee kit can be customized in any configuration you want.
i suggest giving brian a call and discussing your options with him. Since he sells RE gear he can set you up with anything you'd like.

There has been failures with the iro kit some say. Most say it's fine and have never had an issue. They are still producing the kit so in my eyes it is fine. I was in the market a while ago and was going to get the iro kit. But now I'm going full widths I am making my own. But to buy a kit you can't go wrong with b lees I was going to go that route. The iro kit is a stout kit even with the caster setup.

Most long arms are reccomended for a minimum lift of 3.5". Yes the b Lee kit will work. They are very adjustable.

Brian runs the 3 link on his XJ with 3" and 36 TSLs.
The amount of travel the kit provides is second to none.
For what you are going to spend on the rull rustys Kit it be willing to bet Brian can hook you up with his 3 link and RE gear for a comparable price...with much higher quality.

Tires, Wheels, gears, lockers and depending on use and tire size axles, truss's, steering for a few. Plus rebuilding the complete frontend before the lift, its all the extras that mount up the lift is the cheapest part of it.

I got tires wheels and gears. Not running a locker yet. What in the front would need rebuilt? And I'm only running 33 inch tires. And I'm not a hardcore wheeler because it's my daily driver/weekend warrior. I need the info guys. I'm not very knowledgable yet. Thanks for the help too!
