Default rusty floors fix

So this sounds a little janky, but does anyone have experience using walls from a washing machine as patches for rusty floors?? I am getting a new machine and am always looking at how i can use things on my jeep... I have heard of using pc towers, but im thinking that the metal walls of a washer would be similar?.?.? Maybe????

don't do it. That will be way too thin of metal, just save up and buy some pans. I bought all new pans for $200 on eBay. Do it right or do it twice.

Do the pans come "pre-bent" for dropin replacement??

Depends on the thickness basically. Get a caliper and measure it.

Also, make sure you have steel and not aluminum.

Anything is possible. I've seen a guy use old street signs with rivets before. Extremely redneck, but it worked to patch the hole.

Personally though, I'd just get new floor pans.
