So, I am at a point where my xj is stock and needs new front shocks. I was thinking of just replacing them with the skyjacker 0-6" hydros all around and later on adding the RE 3.5. I am wondering if this is a good idea, or should I just wait and buy new shocks when I get the lift?

 

depends on how soon you are doing the lift. if its not bad, just wait. I reallllllllly cant believe those shocks would be good from 0-6. either they are way to long for stock application, or way way too short for 6 inch lift.

I have a rubi 3.5 kit, and went with Rough Countrys Hydro 8000 shocks, the ones meant for up to 4.5

 

you havent installed the ones i gave ya? lol i have rears too. come get them.
