Rubbing sound

Every time i drive 0-10 mph it always makes a rubbing sound, when i slow down to those speeds its the worst it happens even when im not hitting the brakes i cant see any rub marks anywhere anyone know what it could be?

What kinda of shape are your brakes in? Brake calipers rubbing the wheels?

Backing plate rubbing the brake rotor?

I vote for backing plate. Super easy to get pushed into the back of the rotor.

If the rotor was rubbing the wheel wouldnt i always hear it ? Not only when im going slow?
