Round Flasher *Timed* Replacement

Round Flasher *Timed* Replacement
Does anyone know a part to replace the flasher (for the blinkers) using the round style? I see a square one, but square plug and round space don't go together well. The comments for that one said the guy had to rig a whole thing.
Not looking for OEM replacement, looking for one that works on a timer so I can switch to LED eventually.
