If you are just doing light trails or it's just for looks. Fine! Get RC since your wallet is tight.
But I will not buy anything from them again.
I consider RC a entry level lift for the new guy on a buget.

I put a RC 4" on my brother's 93 ZJ, it rode considerably better then stock. His Jeep was definitely not a off road toy, only wheeling it did was go on the beach a couple times. It also had 2" coil spacers at all 4 corners, had 33x12.50s on 15x8 Soft 8s. Had no issues getting it to align, and like said road manners were definitely better then stock. I honestly don't have any experience with RC products on anything else, I've got a RC track bar on mine but the springs and CAD brackets are RE, but I can say that I liked everything about the RC kit on my brother's as a DD/mild weekend wheeler.

RC is the company that sells the most inexpensive lift kits. it's just like buying the cheapest beer on the shelf. it gets the job done but not everyone can put up with way it tastes.

That's a pretty good way to put it imo, RC isn't gonna be as good at some more technical wheeling as some of the more pricey lifts, but for an all around budget setup it'll be just fine imo.

This seems to be the state of this forum lately. God forbid it ever becomes like Pirate4x4 on here.
As an actual user of RC products I'll say this:
I wheel the **** out of my rig, and have only one complaint.
The coils are on the stiff side. That is all.
Not many have the bread to throw down on RE stuff,
which is overpriced anyway imo.
In hindsight the only thing I would change would be to build long arms.

that's not fair to say when you dont include the fact that you're running drop brackets, shackle relocation, full chevy leaf packs, and bilsteins to top it all off. you've put a couple hundred in add-ons to your lift of course it's going to perform and ride way better than an out-of-the-box RC kit
My bad.
And yes I am running drop brackets, but look at it this way, no budget short arm lift is going to ride nice no matter what brand it is.

sorry. should've just quoted this part of your comment. people bash RC because it's low quality. you were defending it as decent quality stuff but you also have a ton of add-ons. I didn't want someone to read your comment and think "oh I can wheel the **** out of it like this guy." when really their lift wont be the same as yours at all.

I agree, short arm will never ride great. I agree, RE is overpriced you can piece together a better lift for cheaper
To the OP: fyi, "Nitro" shocks are a stiffer feel than the reg fluid ones.
Just so you know. Good luck!
