Default ROugh Country Control Arm Drop Kit

Hi all, just thought I would post some feedback on the CAD from RC. It's been working great and absolutely improved the droop over the standard setup. I need to do something because now my shocks are the limiting factor. Most people I rune with have doubted them in the beginning then are very impressed by the end.

Honestly, I have only scraped them a few times and I love rocks, ther have never actually caused me to get hung up.

Long arms use brackets also..
The only issue I have with longarms are the joints and crossmember get packed with sand when going up/down bigger ledges.
I have been running RockKrawler short arms with drop brackets. Held up well to abuse but I do not like the additional 'leverage' of the brackets being so far from the unibody rails.

I'm sitting at about 4.5" on 31s. 3"coil and 1.5" spacer up front. 3" OME leaves with shackle relocation brackets and 1.5" shackles out back. I had been at 3" for a while and the CAD, shackle relocation, and 1.5" made it feel like a whole different jeep both on the road an the trails (in a good way). It's fun to wheel with all the guys with more built rigs and the little xj keeps up.

And yes, they do scrape on rocks in the right situations like dropping off a ledge but I haven't gotten hung up on them yet. Usually it just slides right off.
