Question Rough Country ?

I have a RC 4.5" long arm lift kit its been on my jeep for about 9 months. I like it a lot rides great with their new 2.2 shocks & performs very well in 4wheel drive. About 4 months ago I started having slop in steering checked under jeep and the drop pitman arm was moving up & down it was loose. Backed nut off & saw that I ran out of threads it couldn't be tightened anymore. I put a 3/16" washer on it put back on slop was gone. About 3 weeks ago it started again drop pitman arm loose again but not moving no were near as much. I noticed new pitman arm had a thinner profile but with washer shouldn't be issue. Its like the new pitman arm doesn't engage fully on the steering box shaft has anyone had that problem before or heard of anything similar?

i installed a rubicon express pitman arm and had the same thing about 2-3 weeks later it was loose. I had a worn out washer, and it wasnt big enough inside diamiter so it would cause it to bottum out the nut before tightening up enough. I stepped up to another size washer and tightened it down. no problems anymore, stays tight.
