I've been slowly working through a 3" lift kit upgrade for my 2000 Jeep Cherokee. Upon arrival of the lift kit, the fixed lower control arms appeared to be angled differently than the originals; which does not align straight in the brackets.
Am I missing something here? Since the LCA's were sent I assumed I needed to replace them to allow for proper angles due to the 3" lift. The directions from RC are very poor and do not mention this.
Coil Spring, gas spring, sway bar and brakes removed on both sides. LCA removed on driver side (passenger side original LCA still in place) Rough Country 3" lift LCA bolted into lower bracket Top bracket does NOT align parallel and looks very concerning. I have not bolted it in since it is not aligned and I am cautious of the uneven wear.
