Default Rough Country 3" Bolt On Lift. Any Good?

Hey all.
I have been contemplating getting a lift kit for my Jeep. I have been eyeballing one of the packages available from Rough Country. 3" lift, bolt on, add a leaf spring. Comes with a new set of shocks (which I would like to do soon anyway).

This one in particular, maybe coupled with a steering stabilizer.

Thoughts? Good to go? Garbage? I am a complete and utter n000b in terms of lifting a car higher off the ground.

My first time lifting, I used the 4.5" RC and have full leaf packs. After 7 years, still good. No issues. At the time, cost $500, definitely got my money's worth.
